Acroud AB (publ) (the "Company" or "Acroud") today announces the successful completion of the parallel written procedures that was initiated on 8 May 2025 (the "Written Procedures") under the terms and conditions of Acroud's outstanding bond loan 2022/2025 with ISIN SE0017562481 and bond loan 2025/2028 with ISIN SE0023615661 (the "Terms and Conditions" and the "Bonds" respectively).

Acroud initiated the Written Procedures on 8 May 2025 in order to request the bondholders' approval of waivers for the purpose of correcting an oversight which occurred when Acroud entered into the Terms and Conditions relating to the calculation of the maintenance test under the Terms and Conditions, as further described in the notices of the Written Procedures. The notices of the Written Procedures are available at Acroud's website.

A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the Written Procedures in order to form a quorum, and a requisite majority of the bondholders voted in favour of approving the waivers of each of the Terms and Conditions. The bondholders' consents to the waivers are effective immediately. Accordingly, the agent, Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ), has today concluded the Written Procedures.
