Acast has completed the acquisition of Wonder Media Network

Acast AB (publ) (“Acast”) announced on December 6, 2024, that Acast had signed an agreement to acquire the leading audio studio Wonder Media Network. Closing took place today on January 2, 2025.

The consideration amounts USD 5.5 million in cash and as well as an equity component subject to performance criteria through 30 June 2025. In total, no more than 1,768,861 shares would be payable to the sellers of Wonder Media Network, representing a dilution effect of maximum 1%.
