CEO purchases shares in Acarix

Acarix, a leader in AI-driven and acoustics-based cardiac diagnostics, has announced that its President and CEO, Aamir Mahmood, has increased his investment in the company.

On March 12, Mahmood acquired 1,200,000 shares at an average price of SEK 0.22, further strengthening his personal stake in Acarix. After the acquisition, the total number of shares held is 8,904,824 and 50,000,000 stock options.

"I am truly optimistic about Acarix’s future," stated Mahmood. "My investments in the company signify my strong belief in our strategy and our capacity to create long-term value for our shareholders."
