CEO purchases shares in Acarix

Acarix, a leader in AI-driven and acoustics-based cardiac diagnostics, has announced that its President and CEO, Aamir Mahmood, has increased his investment in the company.

On May 13-15, Mahmood acquired totally 1,000,000 shares at an average price of SEK 0.20, further strengthening his personal stake in Acarix. After the acquisition, the total number of shares held is 9,904,824 and 50,000,000 stock options.

“I am highly confident in our company's future, and this and my previous share purchases showcase my dedication to our continued growth and success,” stated Mahmood.
