CEO purchases shares in Acarix

Acarix, a leader in AI-driven and acoustics-based cardiac diagnostics, has announced that its President and CEO, Aamir Mahmood, has increased his investment in the company.

Between September 3 and 5, Mahmood purchased 1,000,000 shares at an average price of SEK 0.29, increasing his ownership in Acarix. Following this transaction, his total holdings consist of 10,904,824 shares and 50,000,000 stock options.
