The number of shares and votes in AcadeMedia AB has during May 2025 increased as a result of share subscription through the exercise of warrants under the warrant program adopted by AcadeMedia’s Annual General Meeting on 30 November 2021. In total, the number of shares and votes has increased by 21,227 ordinary shares and as many votes.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 99,204,786 shares in AcadeMedia. 99,011,729 shares are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 193,057 shares are C shares with one tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in the company is 99,031,034.7.
