The number of shares and votes in AcadeMedia AB has during February 2025 increased as a result of share subscription through the exercise of warrants under the warrant program adopted by AcadeMedia’s Annual General Meeting on 30 November 2021. In total, the number of shares and votes has increased by 380,766 ordinary shares and as many votes.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 102,078,365 shares in AcadeMedia. 101,872,460 shares are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 205,905 shares are C shares with one tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in the company is 101,893,050.5.
