Absolent Air Care

Absolent Air Care Group AB has renewed the Group's current credit facility agreement with Nordea, where the renewed agreement is effective from 29 March 2023 and runs over three years. In connection with renegotiation and renewal of the agreement, the revolving credit facility has been expanded from the previous SEK 600 million to SEK 800 million. The expansion of the credit facility follows the Group's growth strategy and enables increased flexibility in connection with acquisition opportunities.
