Ebiz AS, 100% owned by chairman of the board, Staale Risa, has today sold 1,512,446 shares in 24SevenOffice Group AB, corresponding to approximately 2.23 per cent of the shares in the Company, at a price of SEK 23 per share. Following the transaction, Staale Risa does no longer own any shares in 24SevenOffice Group AB.

All In Ventures AS, 100% owned by CEO, Eirik Aalvik Stranden, has today sold 454,990 shares in 24SevenOffice Group AB, corresponding to approximately 0.67 per cent of the shares in the Company, at a price of SEK 23 per share. Following the transaction, Eirik Aalvik Straden does no longer own any shares in 24SevenOffice Group AB.

Elvegris AS, 100% owned by CFO, Truls Kristian Hauger, has today sold 859,425 shares in 24SevenOffice Group AB, corresponding to approximately 1.26 per cent of the shares in the Company, at a price of SEK 23 per share. Following the transaction, Truls Kristian Hauger does no longer own any shares in 24SevenOffice Group AB.
