Record date determined for dividend in 24SevenOffice Group

The Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") on 9 January 2025 in 24SevenOffice Group AB (publ) resolved on a dividend to the shareholders of SEK 6.85 per share, corresponding to a total amount of SEK 465,544,988.20, payable in cash. The EGM authorized the Board of Directors to resolve on the record date for the dividend.
The Board of Directors has resolved that the record date for the dividend shall be on 17 January 2025. The dividend is expected to be paid through the agency of Euroclear Sweden AB on 22 January 2025.
