On March 14 and March 17, 2025, the Company announced that it had entered into hedges for two vessels for the equivalent of approximately US$31,300 per day, gross, for the second quarter of 2025.
 
The Company has now entered into forward freight agreements at US$23,700 per day, gross, effectively unwinding the previously announced hedging transactions for two vessels for May and June 2025. The Company remain hedged for two vessels for April 2025 at US$31,300 per day, gross.
 
The gain on the forward freight agreements of approximately US$0.9 million will increase the dividend capacity for May and June 2025.
