2020 Bulkers Ltd. (the "Company") advises that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. CET at the Company's office at Tjuvholmen Allé 3, 0252 Oslo, Norway.
The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on Tuesday April 25, 2023 as the record date for determination of the shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
A copy of the Notice of Special General Meeting and Form of Proxy, and associated information including the Company's amended and restated Bye-Laws can be found on the Company's website www.2020bulkers.com and attached to this press release. The notice and associated information will also be distributed to shareholders by normal distribution methods.
