2020 Bulkers Ltd. (2020) – Hedging transaction for one vessel for Q2 2025
Oslo, Norway, March 17, 2025,
With reference to the announcement from the Company on March 14,2025, 2020 Bulkers has entered into an additional hedging transaction through a forward freight agreement (FFA) effectively securing a fixed rate of approximately US$30,100 per day, gross, for one vessel for the second quarter of 2025.
The Company has now entered into hedges for two vessels for the equivalent of approximately US$31,300 per day, gross, for the second quarter of 2025. Both vessels will additionally earn scrubber benefits.
